I am also trying to figure out whether it is true. Got a good offer from Cap oil but my question is why only the people you communicate with over the net are the once you talk to when you call. If offices then anyone can answer help us before we become victims and why do they use yahoo instead of pp.capoil.tg. anyone with infor about this company can assist. If it is true then Capoil is a big company.

I too got the appiontment letter from Bell University of Togo. they gave the appointment as a lecturer in biotechnology, When I searched the list of depatments in the bell university I was not able to find the Biotechnology Department. Without a department they issued appointment letter and asked me to contact their Visa counsellor within 72 hours. This gave me a suspition about the issue of Appointment letter.

There is no such university, so please dont contact such person who are cheaters. Thanks for Google and the friends who had such an ordeal like me.

This is a scam. I had been given a Professor assignment with some riders to be part with a few thousand US $ to "Process Travel etc". On personal inquiries through known sources, I found it is the handiwork of a set of
african software engineers to cheat gullible, educated Indians in search of highly paid jobs. People of India, beware. This is a trap to drain money from your already torn pocket. Beware of cheats.

I too got a appointment letter from Bell University Togo. After searching internet i confirmed that this is a scam and there is no such university in Togo. Whatever they are given in their site is directly copied from the websites of two three universities in Ghana. for example the library details they have given is copied from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and the library staffs are same as given in Ghana University. You can see every pages are copied from some other site. So please don`t reply or give any of your details to them.

i think guys this is a scam by some using the internet. i just received exactly same scenario today. what i am confused is, that they are hiring expatriates exclusively by email correspondence then asking you to process fess using own account. i was trying to find the telephone number of Togo iimmigration and visa service . any help?

Hi, I too have got a letter asking me to complete my details and to get in touch with them. Address has been provided. Now reading ur note letter has confused me too. The other oversea jobs that I had, all the formalities were completed by the authorities themselves and I didn't hve to do anything. Infact everything was taken care of.

Few days back I had applied to the job of English Lecturer in Bell University of Togo. Few days after I received an email that required me to fill a questioneer. I had replied to that email. Thereafter, I received another email that stated that my appiontment letter was sent to me as attachment with that email. I downloaded that appointment letter and gone through all the conditions and instructions given in it.
Now I am confused because they have asked me to get work permit visa from Togo through their assigned lawyer placed in Togo. This do not convince me because, to my knowledge visa can be obtained from the immigration officer placed in India by showing this appointment letter.
It smell fishy to me. Please help me and guide me.
