Well worth visiting is Skoder in north Albania. During my stay in Tirana and Skoder I have encountered no problems, only very hospitable Albanians. But if you decide to make it up to the north make sure you don't get out during the night and don't go exploring small mountainvillages as it can be extremely dangerous
