Nested between mountains in the midst of lush vegetation, this cultural centre has a working replica of an ox-powered sugar mill, a rum distillery and a herb garden. In the middle of sugar cane fields, the aroma of roasted coffee, aloe and other oriental spices fills the air around the old authentic sugar mill.
