Talava Arches, Togo

The arches were first mentioned in Captain Cook's journals as curious caverns. We recommend a guide for this visit. A torch will be necessary and some caves in the area are accessible at low tide only. The are a number of arches, some quite majestic, which can be viewed along with caves with edible seaweed which grows in shallow rock pools.
