The Sutjeska National Park is Bosnia and Herzegovina's oldest National Park. Here is Europe's last primeval forest "Perucica" that has survived throughout the centuries. Sutjeska is also host to Bosnia's highest peak at 2,386 meters. Maglic mountain borders Bosnia and Montenegro and is accessible through the park -- its a great challenge for mountaineers, climbers and nature lovers alike.

Sutjeska River has carved its way through this rugged canyon land over the millenniums and flows through the heart of this 17,500 hectare park.
