If you're far into the hills of Nepal you don't want to get hurt unless you have some Great travel insurance and a cell phone. When I went there in 1985 Cell phones and the GPS system were'nt in my vocabulary. I you were to break an ankle or worse this is how you would be hauled out! Medical assistance is very sporadic in these areas! But the guys that would carry you out are very sure footed and quite often bare footed!
