Karaganda has 560,000 citizens and is the second-largest city in Kazakhstan. It is a coal-mining center. There are only few churches and mosques to see.

Though the landscape is rather unexciting, it surprised me that Karaganda has lots of gorgeous people to beautify the city. Historical landmarks are not many, but it a very safe and peaceful city to take vacation.
