Nearly all shops, restaurants and hotels take Euros or Dollars without circumstances. For buying things in small shops or in the bazar you have to use the Lebanese money. You can change your Euros or Dollars in one of the many exchange offices into Lebanese Livre. If you run out of cash, you will find in every big city ATM's (cash dispensers), where you can get money from your account in Europe.
