The road connection of middle Europe to the destiantions on Croatian coast is being regularely improved. During the summer months the traffic on border crossings is of higher intensity, which can cause shorter delays. You need a green card of insurance and a valid drivers licence for the entrance to Croatia and a drive through Croatia. The road fee is charged on the highways and semi-highways and bridges.
