Travel story: edinburgh has stolen my heart from venice...

well, while i'm sure prague may cause another upset in a week, for the moment, edinburgh reigns as the most beautiful city i've ever been to. i don't know why i love it so much but i do. i really, really love edinburgh castle. i found myself circling it today, almost paying the 20 dollars to go in but decided i better give my finances another few days to see if i can manage it. but it's just so... defensable! i have no idea why this delights me... but three-quarters of it...
