Travel story: Overland Trip To Senagal 2004, Day 13: Road to Dakar

Unlucky for some – hopefully not for us as we sit around making ourselves completely safe for our first taste of Dakar. The plan is simple – arrive at the bush taxi station, take a taxi back to Ngor island. Our task budget is 12.000CFA which should be plenty. It all sounds so deceptively simple that something, somewhere surely must go wrong. Fingers, not for the first time, are crossed.
