As if last night’s flirtation with the worst of western cuisine wasn’t enough, Martin and I head into Bangkok for lunch at The Bull’s Head – full English breakfast with a pint of Guinness with Martin’s friends Peter, an English businessman and Milo, an Australian English teacher.
