Travel story: Thailand 2005: Day Two

Up for a bike ride up to the highway, and a short walk to Topps, a supermarket where we have a late breakfast/early lunch in a café, do a little shopping, and then wander back to Martin’s where we shelter in the shade from today’s stupendous heat. It’s four showers a day weather. At around 4pm the sunshine abates enough for us to grab a taxi to central Bangkok.
