Travel story: Thailand 2004: Day Twelve

I wake up early(-ish) today - around 10.30am, and spend some time writing up the last couple of diary entries, and drinking tea. How very English.

We go out cycling for a while, and explore parts of the village that even Martin hadn’t been to yet. It’s all mostly residential, but it’s always surprising how much these streets can look like suburban America. It must be intentional, I suppose, but it’s still surprising, given the other surroundings.
