The Catacombs of Paris were by far and way the coolest thing we've done in France. Now when I say "cool" I don't mean the best necessarily or the most grand, even. Nope, just scoring ultra-high on the hip factor. Dark, creepy and full of human bones -- it's a freakin' goth's wet-dream nirvana come true. Not being a goth didn't matter, though -- it was just plain ol' spooky cool! Thousands of very real and very old limb bones and skulls line lengthy and winding... More
