Travel story: Cairo, Thursday the 19th of August

I feel that Bahrain is much as I expected it: a big bit of sand with too much money and not much of interest happening for a foreign tourist. I cannot possibly understand why people would come here for holidays. The hotels are incredibly expensive and there is nothing to do. I imagine it to be much the same in Abu-Dhabi and Qatar.
