I am woken by the bleat of the bus station announcer, who kicks off like a muezzin at first light. It is still bloody cold!

I order a "full monty" breakfast - not quite a Full English but pretty close - and sit and listen to the truly dreadful Sunday morning religious shows on the radio. The announcers stutter and giggle and stumble over their words - it certainly makes you appreciate the BBC.
