Having gone to bed at 6 I am awake at 5 have had an excellent night's sleep, despite having only half an inch of foam between me and the ground. My bad back seems to be surviving the ordeal, but my hips are a bit sore where they have been pressed onto the ground, and I am trying to think of a way of making it a little softer, or even just a little more conformant to my shape.
