This is my third trip to Africa, and you would think that I had pretty well everything sorted, but there still seemed to be an unending list of jobs to do. I had a week between finishing a job in Edinburgh and leaving for Malawi, and I spent the whole week preparing for the trip - I still can't believe there was so much to do. Even as the taxi arrived I was still doing final computer backups and stuffing things into rucksacks.
