LYON TO THE MEDITERRANEAN



Since international train travel with four bicycles is just a big mess, we took the plane from Berlin to Lyon and had the bicycles shipped to the airport. We arrived on a holiday in mid-May, and despite claims that the office would be open, "of course", it was closed and we spent the night in Lyon. It's a pleasant but unremarkable town.
