Just came back from our favourite restuarant in Prague, had two half liters of beer(33 ounces) and a massive plate of 'assorted chicken in special sauce on potato pancakes' so good. We're actually still in Prague, going to Plzen(home of pilsner beer) for the day tomorrow then spending the night in Cescky Krumlov a riverside town in the south near Austria.

Went to the "largest club in central europe " last night. I was there untill 5am when it closed, watched the sun rise. Adam and i had a Becherovka night, that is all we drank, its a locally produced alcohol here. A scotsman described as tasting like christmas. Had a blast. We plan to have a Absinth night shortly, should be interesting. Perhaps we'll see some green fairies.
Found myself in H and M with adam yesterday, trying on clothing that was far too small, and it was in all these wierd sizes. We disregared it as obviously being just european untill we realized it was the womens section. Nonetheless I looked smashing.
We left Prague for two days and went to this gorgeous town called Karlovy Vary, which is the old Russian aristocracy's playground. Peter the great often went there. So did Marx, Tolstoy and Freud. We stayed in this old ladies house that could only speak german and czech so she spoke german and we spoke english. It was ridicuous. Things somehow worked out, Adam forgot to close the front gate once so she continually shouted "clossen, clossen!!" at us. Went to a restuarant where no one spoke english, and the menu was in letters that i had never seen before. We just pointed and crossed our fingers. This language has many consanants in row with the odd vowel thrown in. Communication is hilarious at times. I can only see it going downhill in Slovenia, Croatia and Turkey.
Beer here is absurdly cheap. It is cheaper than bottled water as well as coke. We have learnt the national toast which is Na Dravsky, meaning To Health. I like that.
The English are ridiculous, they always stumbling around the streets, with no shirts, awful tans and tatoos. Wouldn't expect much more really.
Went to a sight today where two students burnt themselves to death in protest of communism in 1968, it certainly struck a chord in me.
Dorm life is alright, taking a while to get used to it. We were in a 36 bed room but now only a 6 bed one in this old communist bloc type building.
Might go to a jazz club tonight. Adios
