Sunday, 30 May
It was eight O'clock in the morning and I had just closed the garage door and started a four and half hour drive to Griffith. It didn't take long to get into the right frame of mind for traveling. I have no trouble relaxing while driving long distances and many thoughts go through my mind. Planning my future, reflecting on times gone by and think how lucky I am to be able to see so many parts of south east Australia and get paid for the privilege. In fact after this week in Griffith I may have to work in Melbourne; the very thought of that leaves me feeling very uneasy. Almost every working week this year I'v been in some country town, either in Victoria or New South Wales and more then once visited Canberra.
