I've been in Alushta - small town in the South Crimea Beach - a lot of times during my childhood. My family use to stay in the "Dubna" sanatorium which was build by and belongs to JINR, Dubna. We could and we often enjoyed the view of surrounding mountains from our building. The one big mountain was standing apart from others and catching the attention by this from the first glance. It was Chatirdag mountain (thrird highest mountain in Crimea mountains with altitude around 1.5 km) which blocks the exit from Alushta valley toward stepple. It divided from the main ridge by two passes Angar (there the main highway Simferopol-Alushta-Yalta with longest in world trolleybus line is placed) - 752 meters above sea level and Uzenbash saddle - 595 meters. The low altitude and a wide openess of these passes makes Alushta valley to be half open to wind from north in comparison with more popular Yalta resort. Yalta blocked by mountain totally from the north that's why is the hottest place but the air is very unfresh and still during summer.

I've only reached forest edge then I realized that I am out of time and should head to the pass to be back in time (and was late for half an hour).
But I've learned a lot of interesting things. First, never walking there without a camera. For example, I've seen a buityful water source just in the roots of one big elm tree near picthuresque forest road. But this image stored only in my
