Marine paraphernalia, and beautiful oriental cups and plates. When we returned to our expensive parking garage, the attendant asked if we were on official military business (meaning free parking). We smiled and said yes. He looked at all of our shopping bags and said, "no, this was personal business." We said, "no, this was Official Personal Business." He laughed and said, "get out of here."



Osaka, Japan - I said Sianara to the management team and they said "Ari Gato" (thank you) for coming. I love the job God has given me since I meet so many interesting people and travel to beautiful areas of the world. I boarded a plane bound for Osaka Japan (http://www.kansai-airport.or.jp/index-e.html). As we climbed, I looked down at the bluest water I have ever seen. This area is world famous for fishing, snorkeling, and diving. I saw huge ships carrying things like Toyota cars bound for every country in the world. We passed island after island and it is no wonder that we dropped the "H-bomb" on Hiroshima. It would have been nearly impossible, and much too costly in lives on both sides to clear all of the Islands in the Pacific around Japan. We landed in Osaka at the modern Kansai Airport. An airport employee who carried my crutches and took me through Customs met me. We followed the flight crews and did not have to stand in the long lines. There was a young couple pushing a cart filled with suitcases passing the opposite way. One of the suitcases fell off and I quickly rolled over and picked it up for them and put it back on top. They thanked me many times and the young lady that was with me almost cried and hugged me for my kindness. Christ said, "as you have done unto the least of these, you have done unto Me." When we arrived at my gate she asked if she could do anything else. I told her I was thirsty and she bought me two Japanese teas that tasted great. When I tried to pay her she said, "this is for your kindness to the young couple," ...
