Words can not explain accurately quite what an unbelievable experience it was; six of us went from our tour two days ago, and we still cannot stop talking about it. The video will do my story justice when I get it home. I loved it, but I would NEVER do it again. 23 rapids over a full day on The Zambezi. Totally and utterly MENTAL. It was crazy, and when we went to this bar to watch the video at the end of the day, I kept watching it thinking, 'That's not me! It can't possibly be me!' But yes it's true; it was me, getting tossed left, right, and centre, in a raft with only paddles, the biggest life jackets on and crash helmets, and when you flip out of the raft it is like being in a washing machine. You can barely get your breath as the rapids are crashing around you and the raft is on top of you. You are getting flung down the Zambezi at full pelt.

As I said, words cannot really explain it. I am only just recovering from it now. I am now adrenalin activitied out.
