The weather in Prague got worse and worse, it was raining most days and freezing cold. Desperate times call for desperate measures - I mean really i was FORCED to buy a Prague tourst sweater ... I really had no choice....!!! It's blue and embarasing but it is very warm. Im not sure if it is worse wearing a Prague sweater in Prague or outside of Prague, they are both pretty bad ideas. But whats done is done.
It keeps getting better and better

My last couple of nights in Prague I got to know it a little bit better, more museums and just general wandering around. I also went out one night for a photo session with a friend from Orange County (OC! Woo hoo) in Cali and he showed me how to take some nice shots. So hopefully you approve of my pics. There are so many that i would like to put on but I dont want it to get too many.
The vibe in Prague was a bit touristy come to think of it, there were sooooo many americans, but i guess what can you expect. I met some really cool people and feel like I got a good taste for Prague. There were so manz veggie restaurants there that I feel like i was eating 24/7! And so cheap!
After i got out of Prague i went down to Cesky Krumlov (I really dont think that is how you spell it). It is a little town in the south of Czech and it is really beautiful down there. Set in the hills and surrounded by a river, what more could you want. My hostel was like a little chalet in the mountains! It was very cool and I felt like I was getting prepared for some yodelling and Sound of Music singing. But
i have to wait for Salzburg in Austria for that. Cesky Krumlov also had horseriding and river rafting and stuff available, and i was really looking forward for the outdoorsy stuff (!!!) but it was raining way too much so it was all called off!!! I was so upset.
It was defintely a hot chocolate sort of town. I was looking around for dinner and i found a great place that did veggie dishes, but i didnt realise how late it was already (like 11). I went in to order but they had stopped all food, and they were just doing drinks. Heaps of locals were crowded around chugging down beers, and gave me a very strange look when i ordered a vanilla milkshake. A few of them didnt believe it was just a milkshake and thought that there must have been something hidden in there. Haha. It was a funny little Czech town.
So now on to Austria!!! I arrived half way through Wednesday in Vienna, and if its possible I think that i love Austria even more than Prague (though it is very close)! Beautiful wide avenues, majestic spacious architecture .. it certainly is a change! I would love to live over here. Everything is just so beautiful. I feel really at home here, and i think it must show. Yesterday two asian tourists came up and got a photo with me (?!?!) and then today some more tourists came up and asked me questions as if i was a local (and i knew the answer too!!!).
Ive been visiting lots of galleries, and there are some really excellent exhibitions here. I am so inspired, pity i dont have any of my materials! So i have one more day here in Vienna and then on to Salzburg!
I love
Austria!
