Over the time, I have often mentioned a guy by the name of Tadek. We met him in a bar ages ago in Saigon, pissed as usual, and before we left London, he told us he was marrying his Swedish girlfriend, Karin, and he wanted us to come
Wednesday
We had a plane booked from Budapest airport, so we caught a taxi out. Once through customs, we were looking at a Romanian Lonely Planet when a Japanese Englishman came up to us. I asked how he was one of thoughts and he said he was a Japanese man living in England. What does that make Lucy and me !!!!! He told us some info about the painted Monasteries we are hoping to visit, but we had to get away as he was foaming at the mouth. We were sure he was rabid !!!!! We flew, we landed at Copenhagen, bought some tickets for the train, ferry trip to Sweden, and went. Oh yeah, it was cold, and I mean brass monkeys. It was 19 and we were used to 33 !!!!! Once off of the ferry, we jumped on a bus, and made it to Viken. We found the place where we were staying, and I know the old joke about our room is so small, even the ants have hunchbacks, well this was ours for the next four days !!!! Eventually we got in touch with Tadek, and arranged to meet the next day
Thursday
Met Tadek, and he said that I was the tour leader for the day. FUCK. So I met his Father, Sister, Sister in-law and friend, and had to be at the Carlsberg Brewery for 12. He would catch up three hours later as he had wedding shit to attend to. It was 10:30, so we knew it would be a push, so we decided to take the fast train. Well, the train went slow, and we had to change as it was about to break down, and about three hours late, we arrive. In the stain at Copenhagen, we turn around and there is Tadek.
