The next day I went for a walk through the streets and look at all the shops and the donkeys making their way through the steep winding hills as they made their way up the stairs... Sarah thought that there was an overwhelming smell of pepper, turned out to be donkey pepper!! Awesome view, awful smell!!
Next day woke up and it was cloudy, after Arty told me that it’s NEVER cloudy in Santorini!! What’s going on there?!?!?! Had brekkie (with cake at the end!! Love holidays!!) and then to Maria to have the obligatory frappe who is just adorable and works so hard for 8 months of the year, 7 days a week!!

Then we headed off to watch another perfect sunset!
My favourite spot was Fanaris - which was the first place we had dinner in Santorini…excellent waiters, perfect food and amazing location with sensational company… what more could you want? It doesn’t get any better than that.
We went to the Olive Tree for dinner and had a whole bunch of entrees… life is so easy when you have Arty there to order and deal with everything in Greek, stress free travelling I like to call it! Makes you dead lazy though you know!
