Ghimbi

A small town in the western part of the country, located in highlands close to the order with Sudan. The town is famous for coffee. Ethiopia is known to be producing the most unique coffees in the world and the second best region to grow this plant is Ghimbi and the neighbourhood. This coffee is said to have a big chocolate body with a really long aftertaste. It is mild and aromatic.
