Gabu
Kaśka GlancThis is an administrative centre of the Gabu Region. During the colonial times it was known as Nova Lamego. This is the biggest town in the eastern part of the country. A lot of people in the community are Muslims. The Fula people also live there.
Gabu is a very important market town both for Guinea Bissau and Senegal.
