Kaśka GlancA small town not far from Accra. Winneba has a big stretch of beach that makes it relaxing for tourists to get pleasure from the environment. It is one of the most important towns in the country. Winneba is also proud of a university which is the best educational institution in West Africa. In fact Winneba is often called the Oxford of Ghana.
