Mandera 
Kaśka GlancIt is the administrative centre of the Mandera District. The town is located near the borders with Ethiopia and Somalia. Unfortunately Mandera is located in the area prone to drought. That is why periods of severe famine are quite frequent here.
A lot of Somali refugees live there. Local clans Murule and Garre are in conflict.
