Limuru
Kaśka GlancLimuru is a town in the central part of Kenya. It's the place of birth of well-known African novelist, Ngugi wa Thiongo.
Limuru is situated about 50 kilometres from Nairobi. It is an agricultural town. People live on farming due to fertile land and excellent weather conditions. There are big tea plantations. There is also a large shoe manufacturing company.
Kikuyu is the native language of Limuru.
